Nasty WombatAn addict always looks to blame others for their lack of self control. On the positive side coffee is full of antioxidants so keep the habit.

Powerful PeteOk, I have to intervene and put my foot down. Coffee made with a plunger?

You need espresso! The one thing I allow myself to moan about when I travel!

Three milliliters of dark, brown, wondrous, caffeine infused goodness!

;-)

100poundsagoSheesh, I actually quit coffee back in April. It was misery trying to kick that addiction. You know you have OD'd on coffee when you pulse is about 150 when your sitting still.

MaxAll of you are right. It is an addiction. I'm a big enough person to admit it. But it's not a PROBLEM, OK!!!!

Pete, I don't think my poor system could cope with espresso. In fact, I think my heart stopped from just thinking about it.

Gene, I hear ya! My resting HR is anywhere between 50 and 70 BPM (it's been a while since I measured it). Introduce caffeine - 120+!!!!
