Slowly but surely
July 31st, 2009I'm halfway through losing the weight I regained last week - back into "ideal" range now at 69.2Kg. I'm pleased that I didn't have to do any actual exercise to make that happen too (except a small ride last weekend). Talk about lazy, huh?
