Well, the trip to Sydney was as expected - boring at times, interesting at times, mostly same-old, same-old. The bad news is that the food at the Stamford has improved significantly, and I spent much of my time over-eating. Result: a 2Kg gain that has put me back into the "overweight" category. Fuckit. I guess it's back on the bike for me.
